Payment & Refund Policy

Because our products and services include immediate access to digital content, refunds may be limited.

1. Subscription Refunds

Paid subscription plans grant direct access to premium content.

Once a subscription is activated and content is accessed:

 

🔹 Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

 

Users may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect on the next billing cycle.

No partial-period refunds will be issued.

 

If the subscription service fails due to technical issues on our side for more than 72 consecutive hours, users may request compensation or an account extension.

2. Digital Reports & Downloadable Products

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods:

 

🔹 All report purchases are final, and no refunds are provided once the file is accessed or downloaded.

 

If a technical error prevents successful access, users should contact us within 7 days for support.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction:

4. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests for:

 

  • Unauthorized sharing or misuse of content

  • Violations of Terms of Use

  • Account activity suggesting fraud
